We had a new system, furnace, AC Coil and condenser installed in October. The system is a huge improvement over the contractor grade initially installed. Both Mikal and Luke are excellent technicians performing their work with care and consideration for our home inside and out. Thank you Peppy’s for a timely and well done installation.

The team at Peppy Heating and Cooling was fantastic. On initial consult Rob came out to the house. He reviewed and throughly explained all options detailing key differences and benefits of minisplit options. He provides expert advice on proper location for optimal performance and efficiency. The day of the install the technicians were very professional and courteous. Peppy coordinated an electrician to install a new 220 breaker and ran power to the unit. This occurred simultaneously as the minsplit was installed. The whole process went flawlessly. Furthermore Peppy arranged the electrical inspection from city. I'm very impressed with the level of customer I received. I would trust Peppy for another project and recommend them to friends and family. Peppy is AWESOME, honest, responsible, and respectful!!! Pick these guys for all of your H-VAC needs!Brett and the entire team take the time to listen to what you need and they go out of their way to ensure that the objective is accomplished. I am so grateful that my builder decided on Peppy.We just finished (about 18 months now) a custom modern farmhouse, constructed using LEED principles. We have 4,400 sq ft of open, expansive spaces. Brett and the team talked us into using the more efficient ductless system throughout the house and we couldn't be more happy with the final product. We have two Mitsubishi heat pumps and 9 total cassette heads, and one mini-ducted-air-handler, in our home. Our average monthly energy cost for our home (entire electric bill with a/c heat included) over the first year was about $200/month. That is amazingly efficient for 4,400 sq ft!!!After getting the system installed and living with it for a year, Brett and the team, really went out of their way to help us find some new, cost-effective, technology allowing us to automate the system and integrate the controls into an online app that we can control with our phone anywhere. I feel like they are blazing some new trails with this aspect of ductless systems and they are doing a really great job making it work as easy as other traditional systems. The thing that really-really impressed me, is that the objective for Brett and the Peppy team was total customer satisfaction. They were respectful and equitable about the entire process and were not done until I was satisfied with this system, I was amazed at this level of customer service!I would recommend Peppy hands down! 10 out of 10!!! They will be the only shop our family will call for any of our H-VAC needs!I wish I had better pictures to do their work justice, but what is incredible is that I took these pictures when we were moving in, and the system is so well integrated that it is hard to tell it is there!

Had 23 yr old HVAC system replaced with new Trane system...Great product, fair price, outstanding workmanship and very pleasant professional staff...HIGHLY recommend this organization!

Prices for a diagnostic were very reasonable compared to others I’ve used and called about. Guy that came was very competent and professional. Prices are better than many others. Got everything working in short order.

We had a problem with our a/c that had been looked at by 2 other companies without being resolved. I finally called Peppy Heating & Cooling. It was a challenge for them to figure out the problem but with the help of Cody and Brett, the problem was resolved. Brett (the owner) took ownership of the problem and worked with Cody (the technician) and the manufacturer (Trane) to get the issue resolved. Furnace not working. Called my regular furnace people. Wanted big $$$$ to fix. Called Peppy. They fixed my furnace in a half an hour at a very reasonable price. I’d call them if I were you!

We have a whole house Trane filtering system and with the recent fires it just wasn’t able to clear the smoke. We called Preppy’s and the experience was great. From the first call we were informed of what to do. She checked with the technician and called back with the information. Then checked back and scheduled our appointment.Alec the technician was very informative, he showed us how to clean our filters and take care of the system. Overall a very positive experience. Polite, prompt, professional and an all around easy experience. My technician arrived on time and gave me a 20 min heads up. I ended up not needing any service at all because it was a dirty filter all along 😆 but the unit has also been a little noise. The technician assured me it was still running very well but that I probably should start thinking about saving for a replacement one day. It was good advice and he was kind enough to change my filter for me. Of course I paid the house-call fee, but it was worth it to have a little diagnostic update on my AC Unit.

I was very impressed with Peppy and their technician Kevin today.Kevin arrived quickly when we requested service, he was extremely polite and got immediately to work.We thought our a/c system needed more refrigerant because it wasn't cooling our home.Kevin checked the system and identified that the exterior unit was clogged and was not able to exhaust the heat from inside.He took the unit apart, cleaned it and rechecked it. It immediately started cooling more efficiently. After he reassembled the unit, he explained that everything was in good shape and no Freon or repairs were needed.We had a less-honest company check our system a few years ago. They told us the entire system needed to be replaced (for thousands of $$). When pressed, they added Freon (a few hundred $$) and the unit started cooling again.I appreciate how Kevin with Peppy told us honestly what the issue was, and didn't try to upsell or pretend something else was going on.We will definitely call Peppy next time we need a/c service.Thank you!

We unfortunately bought a new system last year from some fly by night, back door, back woods crook.Due to current triple digit temps it decided to no longer work. Peppy was responsive, courteous and most of all, knowledgeable. Within a hour or so they had us up and running again. Super appreciate Peppy and their technician Cody. 👍 Will certainly do business with them again and highly recommend Peppy HVAC.

After meeting with several HVAC companies to install a split system in my home, I decided to go with Peppy and so glad I did! They were the ONLY company that suggested a ceiling unit rather than putting on the wall, I even asked the other companies and they said you don’t want that it’s too expensive. Come to find out, Peppy is really the only company that does it and from a sightly view it makes all the sense in the world and not much more in money. From the beginning with their sales rep Rob to their owner Brett and their installers Lance and (so sorry can’t remember the other gentleman’s name but super respectful and personable) everyone was extremely professional, knowledgeable and clean. I HIGHLY recommend Peppy for your HVAC needs they will be my go to HVAC company for years to come.

Our older A/C unit went out in the summer heat. Alec came and replaced a part. He explained the problem and showed me the faulty part. I was so relieved we didn't have to replace the whole unit (yet).

Well last year in October my furnace finally gave out, I had hired another contractor who was stringing me along for 3 months, it's now December and I'M FREEZING!!! Tired of the run around, a neighbor had used Peppy in the past, gave me their number, that SAME day Rob met me after work to give me an estimate, go through my small house, come up with a plan and get me some heat! The very next day I had Mini splits put in, I walked in the door at 5:00 that night and I can not express how wonderful it was to walk in to heat!! The job was done professionally, looks great on the inside and outside! This company stands out in this day and age where customer service is hard to find! I found it!! Peppy was great! Alex was polite, efficient, and did not pressure me into a hard upsell on anything. He fixed the problem quickly, was honest with his assessment, and stop my house from feeling like I was living in the middle of the Sahara desert! I will likely call on them again very soon, since I’m pretty sure I will need an entire new system. The fact that Alex didn't try to sell me on things I don’t need was much appreciated!

I had contacted 4 other heating and cooling companies. One didn’t show up. Three wanted me tocwait 2 weeks. I called Peppy. Alex Duda showed up on time the next morning, gave me 4 options for the repairs needed, and set me up on a twice a year maintenance. I had been trying to get the company who installed the $16,000 hvac system to do maintenance for 4 years and they never came. I highly recommend Peppy heating and air. You will find them very knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and fair.

Brett and his team at Peppy are top notch. From their front office to their techs, I’ve only had great interactions. When I have a heating or air problem or need a new system, I know who to call.

My AC had stopped working. Juan talked to me about what he would trouble shoot and basic fees. When he had an idea of the possible issue, he talk to.me about next steps and potential costs. Clean is what it took. He talked to me about how to keep the issue from happening again. I'm very happy with the results. Juan's work. I will definitely call Peppy's first if I have heating or cooling issues. I highly recommend them!

The team at Peppy Heating and Cooling have gone above and beyond to help us choose and then install three mini-split units in our Boise County Yurt. We knew it was an odd request and it was over an hour outside of the Treasure Valley - they showed up on time, discussed the layout, installed it in one day (team didn't leave until 8:00 pm) and then cleaned up. They also came back later to help set up the wifi connection and walk us through the operational details. We liked their work so much that we've asked them to take a look at a project in Boise City too.

I started using Peppy a year ago. They did work on a major remodel, and now use them for semiannual hvac check ups. I also used them for another project. Techs are always on time, polite and clean up after. They seem very knowledgeable.

I just spent the last two days with the Peppy Crew (Kevin, Luke, Josh, and Connor) as they tore all of the old, 1974 ductwork out of my attic and replaced it along with a new Trane furnace and outdoor AC unit. Great guys! Very courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything would function smoothly after they left. Luke is still determined to find access to the duct that hasn't blown in the 20 years I've lived in my house, so more to come. Kevin knows his stuff and was super patient with me and all of my questions. Josh worked tirelessly in that nasty attic, like he was enjoying himself. Connor did a great job working in the rain to finish the AC and was a joy to have in my home. And, of course, Rob, who encouraged me to take the leap with a full update, but with no pressure. He was also very patient with me as I asked questions that ultimately brought me to my decision. I feel like I'm in a new house with all new clean ducts and equipment. Not to mention, I got a new chair....but, that's between me and Peppy. :-). Thank you all!

We had Alec come give us a bid on a new HVAC system, having been told after an annual check by another company that we needed to replace it Right Now. As it turns out, we likely have another couple of years left. Alec was very knowledge about his products. We appreciated he didn't give us a hard sell.

Great service

Our first experience with Peppy was in 2018, our HVAC system was over 20 years old and I wanted to have it inspected. Brett came out and checked the system, he said that it was old but that it was working as efficiently as it could. He gave us an estimate with several options for replacement, they seemed very reasonable. He also took the time to fully explain the benefits of every option that he was offering so we were able to make an informed decision. With his encouragement we decided to run our system a little longer and ended up just having him clean our ducting system which he did, it took him all day, but he did an excellent job and charged what I thought was a very fair price. In 2020 we decided it was time to install a more efficient system and after having such a positive experience with Brett in the past we decided to have Peppy install a new home HVAC system, it has performed flawlessly since then. I would recommend Peppy Heating and Cooling to my friends and family knowing they'd be well served.
