Peppy heating came out of troubleshoot why our Fireplace was cutting out. They gave it a good cleaning, tightened up some things, only charged me for a service call, and I'm happy that we should be good for another couple years. Very polite and professional crew.

The EASY BUTTON!
I just had a Mitsubishi Wall Mounted heating/AC unit installed earlier this week. I had several estimates and Rob -the Project Manager provided a clear yet comprehensive review of the equipement options. The quoted price was in line with the other estimates but what 'sealed the deal' was Peppy's ability to set up the electrician, schedule a timely installation (within days of the initial meeting), schedule the visit/sign off by the Ada County inspector and provide the certificate need for a tax rebate.

Rob was on-site for the split unit installation which was expertly done by the two man Peppy crew (and the electrician). The area was fully cleaned and the unit up and running within three hours. The entire experience was like hitting the 'EASY BUTTON'!

We’ve used Peppy’s for both a new furnace and AC. They were proactive in letting us know the old style Freon ACs were no longer being manufactured and now would be the time to buy a new one that is compatible with the coil in our furnace. The AC price was fair and the installation was done in half a day. I highly recommend them for fast responsive service and reasonable pricing.

Very professional. If you think you might have a worst case scenario, get a quote for that as well, not just the best case. Our situation might have been unique in that aspect and our hunch turned out correct and had to get another quote for that as well. They will make sure to correct anything amiss like any good business, just make sure you check. For those curious, our system seemed to have mold and pet issues before we moved in. The best case was just a cleaning (which we called around for), but then it progressed to replacing the ac and furnace (at which point we called Peppy and others). Peppy was the quickest getting back to us and answering our questions straightforward. We got a quote for the furnace and ac and a duct cleaning included. I suspected we might need new ducting, but didn't get a quote including that. After the cleaners (subcontracted) came through, it was evident it wasn't enough for us. After all this, we now have a system where we aren't worried about mold, or pet dander/urine/etc in from our vents affecting our children and probably ourselves. Just wished we had gotten worst case scenario quote to be prepared for budgeting that.

This was my first time using Peppy Heating and cooling and I will definitely call on them again. The service was very friendly and provided excellent service on my furnace. I ended up needing a new part plus cleaning and new filter and was afraid the bill was going to be a lot but it wasn't. The price for service was more then fair and very reasonable. As soon as the weather warms up, I will be calling them again for maintenance on my AC. I highly recommend this company 😁

We could not be more pleased with the service we received. Their team came to our newly 90 year old home a d instead of upselling us on new equipment they told us how we could extend the life of the current setup and improve the overall efficiency. And their technicians were just the best. They did some incredibly creative work to keep the work neatly hidden and they even removed some very old, no longer used, equipment that gave us much greater storage space in our utility space. We have found our new HVAC company!

Tech who installed our new unit, went out of his way to make sure our old one was working properly and cleaned it up for us. New unit was installed very quickly. All employees explained the process, the units, and even gave tips on how to clean/ run the units efficiently.

Great experience from the whole team at Peppy Heating and Cooling! Rob was refered to us by our contractor for the installation of a mini-split heat pump for our room addition. Rob came to our home and talked with us about all the features that were available, and helped us with selecting the appropriate model for our application. In addition, he and his team were contracted to install a 1 inch diameter natural gas line in our yard for a built-in barbecue Island and future fire pit. All work was completed timely and very professional! I would highly recommend Peppy heating and cooling for your HVAC needs!

The team at Peppy Heating and Cooling was fantastic. On initial consult Rob came out to the house. He reviewed and throughly explained all options detailing key differences and benefits of minisplit options. He provides expert advice on proper location for optimal performance and efficiency. The day of the install the technicians were very professional and courteous. Peppy coordinated an electrician to install a new 220 breaker and ran power to the unit. This occurred simultaneously as the minsplit was installed. The whole process went flawlessly. Furthermore Peppy arranged the electrical inspection from city. I'm very impressed with the level of customer I received. I would trust Peppy for another project and recommend them to friends and family. Peppy is AWESOME, honest, responsible, and respectful!!! Pick these guys for all of your H-VAC needs!

Brett and the entire team take the time to listen to what you need and they go out of their way to ensure that the objective is accomplished. I am so grateful that my builder decided on Peppy.

We just finished (about 18 months now) a custom modern farmhouse, constructed using LEED principles. We have 4,400 sq ft of open, expansive spaces. Brett and the team talked us into using the more efficient ductless system throughout the house and we couldn't be more happy with the final product. We have two Mitsubishi heat pumps and 9 total cassette heads, and one mini-ducted-air-handler, in our home. Our average monthly energy cost for our home (entire electric bill with a/c heat included) over the first year was about $200/month. That is amazingly efficient for 4,400 sq ft!!!

After getting the system installed and living with it for a year, Brett and the team, really went out of their way to help us find some new, cost-effective, technology allowing us to automate the system and integrate the controls into an online app that we can control with our phone anywhere. I feel like they are blazing some new trails with this aspect of ductless systems and they are doing a really great job making it work as easy as other traditional systems. The thing that really-really impressed me, is that the objective for Brett and the Peppy team was total customer satisfaction. They were respectful and equitable about the entire process and were not done until I was satisfied with this system, I was amazed at this level of customer service!

I would recommend Peppy hands down! 10 out of 10!!! They will be the only shop our family will call for any of our H-VAC needs!

I wish I had better pictures to do their work justice, but what is incredible is that I took these pictures when we were moving in, and the system is so well integrated that it is hard to tell it is there!

It was a challenge for them to figure out the problem but with the help of Cody and Brett, the problem was resolved. We have a whole house Trane filtering system and with the recent fires it just wasn’t able to clear the smoke. We called Preppy’s and the experience was great. From the first call we were informed of what to do. She checked with the technician and called back with the information. Then checked back and scheduled our appointment.

Polite, prompt, professional and an all around easy experience. My technician arrived on time and gave me a 20 min heads up. I ended up not needing any service at all because it was a dirty filter all along 😆 but the unit has also been a little noise. The technician assured me it was still running very well but that I probably should start thinking about saving for a replacement one day. It was good advice and he was kind enough to change my filter for me. Of course I paid the house-call fee, but it was worth it to have a little diagnostic update on my AC Unit.

After meeting with several HVAC companies to install a split system in my home, I decided to go with Peppy and so glad I did! They were the ONLY company that suggested a ceiling unit rather than putting on the wall, I even asked the other companies and they said you don’t want that it’s too expensive. Come to find out, Peppy is really the only company that does it and from a sightly view it makes all the sense in the world and not much more in money. From the beginning with their sales rep Rob to their owner Brett and their installers Lance and (so sorry can’t remember the other gentleman’s name but super respectful and personable) everyone was extremely professional, knowledgeable and clean. I HIGHLY recommend Peppy for your HVAC needs they will be my go to HVAC company for years to come.

Peppy was great! Alex was polite, efficient, and did not pressure me into a hard upsell on anything. He fixed the problem quickly, was honest with his assessment, and stop my house from feeling like I was living in the middle of the Sahara desert! I will likely call on them again very soon, since I’m pretty sure I will need an entire new system. The fact that Alex didn't try to sell me on things I don’t need was much appreciated!

I had contacted 4 other heating and cooling companies. One didn’t show up. Three wanted me tocwait 2 weeks. I called Peppy. Alex Duda showed up on time the next morning, gave me 4 options for the repairs needed, and set me up on a twice a year maintenance. I had been trying to get the company who installed the $16,000 hvac system to do maintenance for 4 years and they never came. I highly recommend Peppy heating and air. You will find them very knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and fair.

I just spent the last two days with the Peppy Crew (Kevin, Luke, Josh, and Connor) as they tore all of the old, 1974 ductwork out of my attic and replaced it along with a new Trane furnace and outdoor AC unit. Great guys! Very courteous, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything would function smoothly after they left. Luke is still determined to find access to the duct that hasn't blown in the 20 years I've lived in my house, so more to come. Kevin knows his stuff and was super patient with me and all of my questions. Josh worked tirelessly in that nasty attic, like he was enjoying himself. Connor did a great job working in the rain to finish the AC and was a joy to have in my home. And, of course, Rob, who encouraged me to take the leap with a full update, but with no pressure. He was also very patient with me as I asked questions that ultimately brought me to my decision. I feel like I'm in a new house with all new clean ducts and equipment. Not to mention, I got a new chair....but, that's between me and Peppy. :-). Thank you all!

We had Alec come give us a bid on a new HVAC system, having been told after an annual check by another company that we needed to replace it Right Now. As it turns out, we likely have another couple of years left. Alec was very knowledge about his products. We appreciated he didn't give us a hard sell.

Our first experience with Peppy was in 2018, our HVAC system was over 20 years old and I wanted to have it inspected. Brett came out and checked the system, he said that it was old but that it was working as efficiently as it could. He gave us an estimate with several options for replacement, they seemed very reasonable. He also took the time to fully explain the benefits of every option that he was offering so we were able to make an informed decision. With his encouragement we decided to run our system a little longer and ended up just having him clean our ducting system which he did, it took him all day, but he did an excellent job and charged what I thought was a very fair price. In 2020 we decided it was time to install a more efficient system and after having such a positive experience with Brett in the past we decided to have Peppy install a new home HVAC system, it has performed flawlessly since then. I would recommend Peppy Heating and Cooling to my friends and family knowing they'd be well served.
