WOW! Great experience with Peppy Heating & Cooling! Sammy, our service tech, was on time, knowledgeable, personable, clean and seemed to really enjoy what he was doing. He actually listened as I explained some of the issues we’ve had with our furnace and the parts we’ve replaced. He tuned up the furnace and it’s running like it was brand new. I've been using Peppy for HVAC maintenance for a couple of years and have found their staff and technicians truly customer focused.
After each scheduled maintenance the technician, Kevin, takes the time to go over the the details of his maintenance service and discusses the condition of the components serviced. I'm sure the other Peppy technicians do the same. It is a well managed and honest company. Based on my personal experience, the same cannot be said for all HVAC companies in the area.

I had a great experience using this company. I had a 20 year old furnace/ac with some do it yourself zoning from a previous owner. Which had custom baffles in the crawl etc. I priced out pretty much every company in the valley. Rob showed up professional, not pushy and answered every question I had. And trust me I am anal so that is saying alot. He came in at least 1k below everyone else and they install Trane which is an excellent brand if you want something reliable to last. They were also willing to match the 5 year labor warranty of Western Heating. Along with the 1 year of maintenance the others offer. Rob gave me all the options clearly and I knew he wasn't full of hot air as I had been researching the replacement for 3 years. Kevin and Jordan did the install they were extremely fast and I got a pro install. I really felt like Kevin cared and even though they were efficient he wasnt in a hurry to run away. Very clean I couldn't be happier. After the install I had a couple items I wasn't sure about, they sent Sammy over to address any questions which turned out to be normal codes showing on the furnace. But they were super cool about those things didnt make me feel like I was wasting their time. Every employee I worked with at Peppy were top notch. I just couldn't be happier with these guys I am glad I went with them.

Peppy is our go to HVAC company. They have installed a new furnace and air conditioner for. Their prices are fair and they’re very responsive to requests. We recently found out they could service our gas fireplace. We were having trouble lighting it. They came out and showed my husband how it’s done. After they left, he was still struggling with the ignition. He called them and they returned to instruct him once again. Amazingly they didn’t charge us for either service call. Had our 19 year old AC unit replaced with a heat pump and had an air scrubber installed. The guys did a great job, from start to finish. Rob came out and gave me about five different options of what we could do and replace depending on how much we wanted to spend and gave his recommendation for what he thought would work best for our situation (and that was what we ended up going with). Peppy’s prices were right in line with the other companies that we got quotes from, but it was the air scrubber they offered that pushed us over to them - it does more than just filter the air, it uses UV light to actually kill any organisms. The install went smoothly, and the guys cleaned up well after themselves. 10/10, would highly recommend.

Peppy is a great company to deal with...courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. An estimate for HVAC system replacement was requested from four top-rated companies. Peppy (thank you Rob) won out with it's straight-forward pricing and "detailed" description of work proposed, which included information on the "exact" equipment being installed and warranty information. The installation went flawlessly. The install technician, Kevin, addressed all concerns, answered all questions, and carefully cleaned up everything. Beautiful job!

One additional comment: I replaced a Trane furnace and A/C with another Trane. Existing system was 24 years old and had very few issues in the past, but since it was an aging system, I wanted to be proactive. The Trane is a dependable workhorse and gets the job done.

Wonderful customer service. I called expecting to have to wait a several days for a technician to come look at our air conditioner. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told someone would be out that day! Sammy was very punctual and even texted ahead of time he was on his way. He was very polite, personable, and knowledgeable. From the beginning I had an amazing experience with Peppy. I am going to be recommending to all with confidence. The service was unbeatable from the ease and speed of making an appointment to explaining my ac issues to Sammy that came out for the service. Communication was excellent. I was given a window of 9-11am and Sammy arrived to my house ready to go 8:50am which I appreciated very much. He was , polite, professional and listened to my long winded explanation of problem. He was thorough with all his checks, explained all his findings and suggested a fix. Peppy came and replaced the furnace, thermostat, and outside fan unit. They were friendly, efficient, and did an amazing job. I haven't had a good working ac in over 5 years and never upstairs with other companies stating the old unit was working properly. ( I do rent so maybe that was the issue.) I now have ac upstairs and can feel the air being pushed out as well as my upstairs is finally comfortable to sleep. Thank you to the two gentlemen that worked all day in the heat to help cool my house.

I am pleased with all aspects of my experience with Peppy Heating and Cooling. They installed a new Trane heat pump to function as both an AC and a heater, alongside my existing gas furnace.

The install team (Luke, Josh, and Jordan) worked diligently and effectively to tie the new equipment with my existing system. In addition to installing the outdoor Trane heat pump on a new pad, the team replaced the evaporative coil with a new coil made by Aspen (designed to work with the Trane heat pump), cut sheet metal to match the size/shape of my existing ductwork near my furnace, installed all necessary tubes, pipes, and pump to deal with the condensate, and fished line to install a new thermostat in a great location.

I spoke with the owner, Brett, and he helped me with making the decision regarding trying to repair my existing York AC unit vs. doing a new install. He gave me a lot of helpful information about what they would do to track down the tiny refrigerant leak my unit had, the different repair options, and the likelihood those repairs would be effective.

Rob worked with me to design a good system for a price that seems fair to me (I did get similar pricing from a competitor).

I am excited about the reliability of having a Trane heat pump vs. the York AC unit I had previously. The condenser coil had to be replaced after only 3 years and the system failed after only 9 years (way too short a lifespan for an AC unit). York is on the low end of the reliability spectrum. I am hoping I get several decades of use out of this Trane, which has very high marks for reliability.

Their office was also a smash hit with me. Whether it was talking to Kim, Shannon, or Elizabeth, they were all very helpful and responsive. Kim helped me make my payment quickly, while Shannon and Elizabeth helped me schedule everything and connected me with team members, where appropriate. Finally Sarah delivered parts directly to the job site on two occasions, helping everything run smoothly. Thank you Sarah!

I really felt like I was working with a team of professionals and felt taken care of by each person who helped me.

Our air conditioning system went out and the team at Peppy had us scheduled for same day service. It turns out it was just a bad thermostat and the repair was quick and simple. No upselling or aggressive sales which is always appreciated.

We had a great experience with Peppy’s Heating and Cooling. Our mini splits in our “barn” were not installed correctly (by another company) so they didn’t heat/cool like they were supposed to. We received a quote but they realized the issue was something else minor so they repaired the problem. I called Peppy at 8am Friday morning after our HVAC system stopped running Thursday afternoon. My ecobee thermostat was blank and appeared it had died. Peppy technician Alex arrived Friday afternoon and had my HVAC running after replacing a burned out transformer. Once the new transformer was put in my HVAC was back running and started to cool my home down from the 83 degree indoor temperature. Alex was professional and explained what happened. From start to finish, our experience with Peppy has been amazing! We needed to replace one of our 15 yr old ductless mini split systems and Rob helped us figure out several different options that could work. Sammy was great! He was very polite and respectful. He took his hat off to introduce himself, put shoe covers on when entering the house; and asked permission to move in and out from the house to his work van. He provided an accurate estimate the same day we met, scheduled the four-day job quickly, sending an extra team to finish in three days. Luke led the installation team, which treated my home with care. They explained their plan, checked in with me along the way, and cleaned up well after the installation was complete. I could not be happier with the customer service.

Peppy installed a new AC and Heating system for me in Oct 2024. Their pricing was very competitive with the other 4 bids I received. They worked with me on modifying the service contract, and I was very satisfied with the final pricing. After 8 months of usage, through the winter and now into early summer, I am very happy with the installation and how the system has performed over this period. The crew who installed the new HVAC were very friendly and professional, did a very good job of answering all of my questions, and did an excellent job cleaning up and leaving the area as they found it. Recently, I had my first free service as part of the contract. The technician checked system operation for peak efficiency, inspected electrical connections, and blew out the condensation drain line. And, even though the system was still very new, he thoroughly cleaned the AC coils and furnace. If you’re looking for a Trane, look no further then Brett and his crew at Peppy – I believe you will be very happy with your choice!

If I could give more stars I would! Sammy came out promptly on time, assessed the repairs and gave us multiple options. He made the repairs and had our AC blowing cold with it just a couple of hours. All the pricing was upfront and there were no hidden fees halfway through the Repair.

My split unit needed its annual service job. The appointment was easy to get scheduled, the technician was here at the time planned with a 15 minute phone call from him as he was on his way. He was a very nice young man, very careful to wear protective wear over his shoes when in the house. The job was finished within an hour. He was professional and told me what he had found and done to the unit and wished me a nice summer.

The first time I heard of Peppy's Heating and Cooling was when the restoration company, making repairs due to a water heater leak, called them in to remove the furnace. I was immediately impressed with their professionalism and their systematic approach, including extensive picture documentation of the 3 zone wiring, before removing the furnace. Their professionalism was also evident when they returned to reinstall the HVAC system without any operational issues.

The next time I contacted Peppy's was when my former HVAC company, after a routine maintenance visit, said my furnace had a cracked heat exchanger which needed immediate attention. In addition they said my AC compressor motor showed signs of an oil leak and needed to be replaced soon.

I contacted Peppy's for a second opinion, since I had a previous positive experience. When the technician, Kevin, arrived I explained the issues that were identified. Kevin inspected the heat exchanger and did not find any evidence of a crack or abnormality. He also inspected the AC motor and said there was no issue with the motor and there was no evidence of an oil leak.

I have since hired Peppy's as my HVAC company. I had my first maintenance visit for AC and furnace this spring and had Kevin do the service. He indicated everything was in proper working condition and no issues were found.

Alex was very knowledgeable and helped me extend the life of my AC unit by buying a soft start device to extend the life of the compressor. Not trying to upsell me which I appreciated.

Peppy’s awesome employee Mitchell came to do the yearly check in my AC unit. He identified a part that needed replacing to ensure my unit would continue functioning.
He ordered the part and replaced it the next day.

Had a water heater failure Friday morning. I called right away and they got me in after the guys finished a morning job. They had new heater and parts brought out to the house prior to the guys showing up. Chase arrived assessed the situation, got the old one out and the new one installed in no time. Peppy heating came out of troubleshoot why our Fireplace was cutting out. They gave it a good cleaning, tightened up some things, only charged me for a service call, and I'm happy that we should be good for another couple years. Very polite and professional crew.

Great experience from the whole team at Peppy Heating and Cooling! Rob was refered to us by our contractor for the installation of a mini-split heat pump for our room addition. Rob came to our home and talked with us about all the features that were available, and helped us with selecting the appropriate model for our application. In addition, he and his team were contracted to install a 1 inch diameter natural gas line in our yard for a built-in barbecue Island and future fire pit. All work was completed timely and very professional! I would highly recommend Peppy heating and cooling for your HVAC needs!
